  • Issued Notices of Concern to the following schools that demonstrated 70-99% timely submission, accuracy and completion of compliance documents during the initial screen stage of the Compliance Review as established by the guidelines of the Performance Management Framework. The final deadline for submission was September 11, 2009. Schools have until October 13 to provide all outstanding requirements for the compliance review in order to have the Notice of Concern lifted.

  • Issued Notices of Deficiency to the following schools that demonstrated 69% or lower timely submission, accuracy and completion of compliance documents during the initial screen stage of the Compliance Review as established by the guidelines of the Performance Management Framework.  The final deadline for submission was September 11, 2009.  These schools will receive a compliance deep dive review which includes a site-based review conducted by external reviewers. Once the school has sufficiently provided evidence to address all indicators in the Compliance Review, the Notice of Deficiency will be lifted.
